This Manual was initiated by the Minnesota Stormwater Design Team, which evolved into the Minnesota Stormwater Steering Committee (SSC). Manual production was directed by the SSCs Manual Sub-Committee (MSC). Updated information on many of these topics can be found in the Minnesota Stormwater Manual, in particular chapter 6: Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control.
